REMINDER: 2012 HOA DUES $248.00, ARE DUE: Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1
A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Hi Everyone! I have finished updating our IGE Directory and I am in the process of copying them. Shortly a copy will be hand delivered to you along with a copy of the revised swimming pool rules which you should review.
I have 10 "yes" responses to the yard sale on Saturday, March 31 so I will be putting up the yard sale signs. If you have not yet responded and wish to participate, please let me know so "shoppers" can be directed to your area.
The Board has hired Joe Williams of Aqua Doctor to service our swimming pool from May 1 through October 31. He will take care of the pool 3 days per week as required by DHEC; volunteers will take care of it the remaining 4 days. Reminder: do not open the gate for anyone that does not have a pool card or one that is not working.

The bar-b-que will be held on Saturday, June 16 at 4 PM. Tickets will be sold in advance for $5.00 per person. More details will follow at a later date.
The next Pasta Night will be held on Saturday, October 20 at 5 PM; still $8.00 per person and tickets will be sold in advance. Mark your calendars!
If you need to park a vehicle at the pool overnight, please let any Board member know. For security reasons we need to know who the vehicles belong to. All vehicles must be moved by 8 AM when pool season begins.
Please remember that we are all required by our covenants to maintain our properties. This includes regular lawn cutting, weed control, power washing and cleaning up pet waste.
There are still 30 homeowners who have not provided us with their e-mail address.
If you know anyone who has not done so, please encourage them to send their address to:

IGE POOL RULES - Revised March 2012
Pool is open from 8 AM until 10 PM
NO SMOKING in the rest rooms or the pool.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision.
Shower before entering the pool.
Glass is not permitted in the pool area.
Diapers are not allowed in the pool.
Clean up your trash before leaving the pool.
Balls/water guns are not allowed when others are in the pool.
Boogie Boards are not allowed in the pool.
PLEASE LOWER ALL UMBRELLAS.
DO NOT open the gate for anyone.
Failure to comply may result in pool card suspension.

REMINDER:
Residents are reminded that our covenants require routine property maintenance which includes cutting lawns, weed control, fountain maintenance, and power washing exterior of home.
There are some homeowners that are NOT cleaning the back of their homes.
Those homeowners who do not comply will have these services provided for them by the HOA at the home owner's expense.

$248 IS due the FIRST of every Quarter
Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct. FIRST
Homeowner accounts that become 30 days past due
are subject to a $50 late fee;
and $50 late fee each month thereafter;
suspension of pool and amenities center privileges
and loss of cable TV service
