PURPOSE:To conduct the business of the Association.
ROLL CALL:Debra Godman, Toni Wilkinson, Bill Dailey, Chris Nolan and Darlene Jennings of management.
Minutes:Minutes from the November board meeting were approved.
Financial:Ms. Jennings presented the financial statement for the year end explaining that all accounts payable for December 2011 had not been received, therefore, the statement was incomplete. She did note that the HOA had funds in checking as of December 31st of $20,481.96, high due to early payment of 2012 assessments. The Savings account had $38,088.80, however the amenity center was paid for the full year in advance during the first days of January. The certificate of deposit was listed as $5,749.03. Currently the HOA was showing a net loss of $1,389.43.
Upon a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved, it was:
MOVED: to pay Mr. Gervais $3,078 in advance for 2012 grounds maintenance
Committee Reports:
Mrs. Godman reported that there may be a leak in the pool
Mrs. Godman stated that she would be seeking estimates for 2012 pool maintenance.
There were no current ARC requests.
General Council report: Golf course opening soon and restaurant after that.
Social agenda was announced
New Business:
It was reported that 907 Don Donald had experienced pellet gun shots at their fence. It was decided that management would write a letter to the owners in the rear of 907 Don Donald.
Mrs. Godman explained that Mr. Gervais had removed some bushes around the electric junction and that area would be sodded in the spring.
Golf membership information was given to the Board as well as the dates for future board meetings.
