Karen's Crumb Cake Recipe

1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding (extra moist ) on greased and floured cookie sheet (17inches by 11 inches by 1 inch. Follow directions on box and bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
The top will look uncooked.

Mix together to make crumbs
1 cup of sugar
4 and half tablespoons of soft butter
3 and half tablespoons of water
3 and half tablespoons of cinnamon
3 boxes of pie crust mix, Jiffy 9 oz

Take cake from oven and spread crumbs evenly over the cake and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes.

Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar then cut into squares.

1 STICK OF BUTTER
Lemon Mixture
In a bowl mix the following:
3 OR 4 FRESH GARLIC CHOPPED REALLY SMALL AND SMASHED
RHINES OF 4 OR 5 LEMONS
JUICE OF TWO OR THREE LEMONS
½ CUP OF FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
5-8 FRESH BASIL LEAVES ROUGHLY CUT (OPTIONAL)
FRESH OREGANO (OPTIONAL)
KHOSHER SALT TO TASTE
LOTS OF FRESH GROUND PEPPER
1 OR 2 FRESH DICDED TOMATOS (& OR) ROASTED PEPPERS
½ CUP OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ( ADD A LITTLE MORE OVER THE PASTA WHEN MIXING IF NEEDED)
